don't be careless anymore

I just don't want to make some precious people around me worrying me because of accident happened to me.
This was the story.
Last thursday, i got an accident ,i was fallen from ladder. I forgot what i thought at that time, it was happened when i went visited operator in Control Room because  need some data to next presentation in Friday. I was really excited at the time because could get any data that i want for my presentation to my project team leader, and i didn't notice there was a ladder to down . I was falling down and got injury. my foot was broken . At first i didn't felt sick anything. just like normal, i guessed it was normal .

When arrived to my office ,I looked at my foot and i was shocked, my foot was broken and  swelling. Because of panic and want first aid, i went to company's medical with my friend. I hope there would no problem after first aid given by doctor. When i was back to my office ,with injury foot, my boss ,manager,team leader, and all of boss were worrying me, Do you know why?because every accident will be recorded and in this company ,they have slogan "Do it safe or not at all" Even the smallest accident will be recorded to Company and the impact is bonus for my bosses T_T

I really didn't worry my foot anymore, because i was really guilty .Because of the careless  of internship students, all of employee in my company endure it .I am really sorry to you, and this will give impact to me can't be hired in this company..Oh triple worst ever .
